I\u2019m excited to share our news about this long-awaited retreat. This is a wonderful testament to Simi and Clementine’s long-term friendship and deep respect. We first met when we were classmates at 13 years old, and now many years later we\u2019re joining forces and collaborating for the first time on this wellness retreat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It’s the first in a series of wellness retreats designed to create a space to focus on improving your mind and body. Each day will begin with a group life coaching session. This is a great way to build community and learn from each other. We’ll explore questions that help you think more deeply about who you are and your true life purpose. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We\u2019ll start the conversation in the group, then go deeper and get a more personalized conversation with the individual life coaching sessions. All while having access to world-class ayurvedic treatment from world-renowned practitioners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There will be a unique opportunity for a 24-hour period of silence where the wellness community is encouraged by the group to listen and not talk truly.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is a wonderful opportunity to listen with no agenda or need for crafting a response. This opportunity isn\u2019t normally available to us in our daily lives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We\u2019ll also get an opportunity to visit cultural sites in Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
